Richard "Kid" Strange is an English writer, actor, musician, curator and founder and front man of the 1970s punk band Doctors Of Madness.
The Doctors of Madness recorded three highly influential but non-commercial albums, and had been supported by the likes of the Sex Pistols, the Jam, and Joy Division, before disbanding in 1978.
He subsequently recorded as a solo artist, releasing two albums 'The Live Rise of Richard Strange' in 1981, and 'The Phenomenal Rise of Richard Strange' the same year, before further releases up until the early 1990s.
He's toured around the world including in Japan, had performed at Jarvis Cocker's Meltdown festival, the Royal Festival Hall, Glastonbury and loads more.
