Quincy Matthew Hanley - aka ScHoolboy Q - is an American rapper and hip-hop artist hailing from Los Angeles California, born in Germany. Playing American Football from a young age and also finding himself as a member of gangs and selling drugs too, he would later make music his escape from the negative side of life.
Going on to sign for Top Dawg (he would later even get a deal with Interscope), he put out his first mixtape in 2008, and his debut albums soon followed, breaking into the Billboard 200. In 2014, his major label debut ‘Oxymoron’ hit shelves, seeing him touring the UK in May and June. In July 2016, he returned with a brand new record in the 'Blank Face LP', which featured his hit collaboration with Kanye West, followed by 2019's 'CrasH Talk'. ScHoolboy Q has toured all over the world, with headline shows and tours in the UK, Europe, Australia, and North America. Schoolboy Q has announced live UK dates in January 2020, as well as extensive US dates in autumn 2019.
