Shakin Stevens, real name Michael Barratt, is a British rock and roll singer from Cardiff, Wales.
Starting his music career in 1968, he has released 20 albums across his career, including his debut album, ‘A Legend’ in 1970, ‘Shaky’, which hit #1 in the UK Albums Chart in 1981, and ‘Give Me Your Heart Tonight’ , which reached #3 in the chart in 1982. He released his latest album, ‘Echoes of Our Times’, in September 2016. Shakin Stevens has confirmed he'll tour the UK in March 2019 on the Greatest Hits and More tour. Great night out
London Shepherds Bush O2 on November 30 -0001
Brilliant evening, we are good friends with his drummer, Howard so we went for him really and he was superb. Shakey sang songs from the past and new ones and the stage lighting was fantastic and the sound also. A girlfriend who also came with me and my brother enjoyed it so much she is going to buy the CD. I took a few videos, which I will show Howard tonight if he come to the blues jam, if he has a day off.
