Sonic Boom Six are an English rock and ska outfit hailing form Manchester. Formed in 2002 and currently consisting of Paul 'Barney' Barnes, Nick Horne, Laila Khan, Neil McMinn, and James Routh, they're known for their eclectic style and genre-defying sound - they mix together elements of punk and electronica with hip-hop and ragga.
Releasing their debut album 'The Ruff Guide to Genre-Terrorism' in 2006, they instantly found fans, and, as they had done since their inception, hit the road for lots of gigging too. As of today, they're the proud owner of four records and a reputation as a wicked live act. They're back in the UK in November 2015 - check below to find tickets!
