Spiritbox are an alt-metal band from British Columbia, Canada.
Formed in 2017 by husband and wife duo Mike Stringer and Courtney LaPlante—formerly of Iwrestledabearonce—they eventually recruited bassist Bill Crook and drummer Zev Rose to become the band we know today. They released their debut album, 'Eternal Blue', in 2021, to critical acclaim. That same year, they won the Heavy Music Award for Best International Breakthrough Band.
