The Body are a Portland based duo made up of Lee Buford and Chip King.
Their debut album, 'All the Waters of the Earth Turn To Blood', dropped back in 2010, and since they've released eight more LPs - the latest being 'Ascending a Mountain of Heavy Light' in 2017. In February 2018, the Body released a new single, Nothing Stirs, the first cut from yet another new album, 'I Have Fought Against It, But I Can't Any Longer', which is due for release on May 11 through Thrill Jockey. The Body head out on a European tour with Lightning Bolt this spring, which will conclude with a London show at the Garage on May 7.
