The Chemical Brothers are an electronic music duo from Manchester.

Formed in 1989 and consisting of Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands, they are widely considered to be pioneers of the big beat dance genre in the mainstream. They released their debut album, ‘Exit Planet Dust’ in 1995, and have since added an additional eight full-length records to their discography – the most recent being 'No Geography' in 2019.

The duo have received global recognition, having won six Grammys, a BRIT Award and two Mercury Prize nominations.
