The Cher Show is a jukebox musical that tells the story of the life and career of one of the world's biggest singing stars: Cher.
The musical made its world premiere in Chicago in 2018, moving to Broadway later that year. It conveys three stages of Cher's life through the characters of Babe, Lady and Star, all set to the soundtrack of some of her biggest hits including, Believe, I Got You Babe and If I Could Turn Back Time. One of the best-selling artists of all time, Cher has sold over 100 million records worldwide, and an additional 40 million as part of the duo Sonny & Cher, with 1998's Believe the UK's biggest-selling single of all time by a female artist. She is the only artist to have a number-one single on a Billboard chart in six consecutive decades, and has released a total of 26 solo albums to date.
