Eagles are an American rock band hailing from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1971 by Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner, the band went on to become one of the world's best-selling acts, thanks to their unique brand of country-influenced rock.
After the group formed, they immediately hit the studio to work on their self-titled debut, putting themselves well and truly on the map. Though it earned them success, none of the band would have predicted just how big they would become throughout the 1970s, going on to become a chart-topping, platinum-selling outfit -especially thanks to their album 'Hotel California'. Though they called time in 1980, they reformed in 1994 and continued to dominate the rock world, despite not putting out a proper album until 2007. They've since sold over 100 million records and have picked up many awards and accolades - including six Grammys and an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Following the unfortunate death of Glenn Frey in 2016, The Eagles' future looked in doubt. But, in 2017, Don Henley announced that they'd return with a special line-up - Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit play alongside country musician Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, son of Glenn. The Eagles have rescheduled their two huge shows at Wembley Stadium to August 2021 in response to the coronavirus pandemic. They have also moved their spring North American tour dates to September and October 2021. Catch them live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
