The Hard-Ons are a punk rock band from Sydney, Australia. They originally formed in 1981 and have have been called Australia's most commercially successful independent band.
They released five studio albums prior to splitting up, which occurred following the arrival of 1993's 'Too Far Gone'. They reformed in 1997 and have put out six more studio albums to date, the latest being 2014's 'Peel Me Like A Egg', and numerous live records and EPs. The Hard-Ons' current line up consists of frontman Keish De Silva, Peter "Blackie" Black on guitar and vocals, bassist Ray Ahn and drummer Murray Ruse.
