The Long Blondes are an indie band from Sheffield.
Formed in 2003, they have released two albums to date in the shape of their 2006 debut, 'Someone To Drive You Home', and 'Couples' in 2008 – shortly after which the band announced their split. In late 2021, however, Kate Jackson and Dorian Cox confirmed their return to the stage as a duo, with news of a new album following shortly after. The Long Blondes have postponed their shows in Bury St Edmunds, Ramsgate and Hebden Bridge, which were planned for summer 2022.
