The Temperance Movement is a British blues rock band based in London, consisting of Phil Campbell, Paul Sayer, Nick Fyffe, Damon Wilson and Matt White, who replaced Luke Potashnick.
Formed in 2011, the band released their debut EP, 'Pride', in 2012, followed by their self-titled debut album in 2013, which reached #12 in the UK Albums Chart. The band released their second album, ‘White Bear’, in January 2016, which also hit the Top Twenty in the chart. The band have headlined their own shows and tours across the UK and the rest of Europe and have supported the likes of Rolling Stones, Blackberry Smoke, Rooster, Ben’s Brother, Jamiroquai, Ray Davies, The Waterboys and Feeder. The Temperance Movement have announced a spring UK and Ireland tour in support of their February 2016 album, 'A Deeper Cut'.
