The Three Degrees are an American vocal group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, currently consisting of Helen Scott, Valerie Holiday and Freddie Pool.

Formed in 1963, the band were discovered by Richard Barrett, and they released their debut Gee Baby (I’m Sorry), for Swan Records, in 1965. They released their debut album, ‘Maybe’, in 1970 via Roulette Records. The trio signed to Philadelphia International Records in 1973, and released their self-titled second album, which spawned their greatest hit, When Will I See You Again, which reached number one in the UK Singles Chart, and number two in the USA Billboard Hot 100 in 1974. Their third album, ‘International’, reached number six in the UK Albums Chart, where it was named, ‘Take Good Care Of Yourself’. They released a further nine albums, the latest being ‘Undercover 2009’ in 2009.
