The Tyne are an indie pop band from various corners of the UK, currently consisting of Cooper Stout, Ryan Lofthouse and Dan Porter.
Formed in 2019 after meeting each other over social media, Before joining the band, all three members had initially posted covers online individually, with Stout appearing on CBBC shows Got What It Takes and Almost Never, with Lofthouse appearing on The Voice Kids in 2019. They have gone on to amass a huge online presence after posting covers and snippets of original songs to TikTok and YouTube. They released their debut EP 'Born On The Internet' in 2022, following a string of singles, including Pulling Me Down, which was co-written by The Vamps' Connor Ball.
