Tomfoolery is the moniker used by poet Tomos Roberts, originally from New Zealand and now based in London.
Also a writer, creative director, filmmaker, actor and performance artist, he began his career as a poet after he began working on his first feature-length screenplay—which told the story of a young poet—and was inspired to try his own original work under the name Probaby Tomfoolery. From there, he began performing around Manchester and London and eventually launching a YouTube channel. He shot to fame after uploading his globally acclaimed poem, The Great Realisation, which received a second surge in prominence after dance group Diversity performed to the poem during their famous Black Lives Matter tribute on Britain's Got Talent in 2020.
