Undead Raisins are an offshoot of the 1999 alternative rock band Hundred Reasons, who were once made up of Andy Bews, Colin Doran, Andy Gilmour, Larry Hibbitt, Paul Townsend / Ben Doyle.
Formed in Aldershot, Hampshire, they kicking off their career with a 14 month period of almost non-stop touring, released four studio albums, a live DVD, three live albums, had six Top 40 singles, two Top 20 albums and sold over 300,000 records. They toured the world several times, somehow always missing the US (except one time at SXSW) and Australia. Awards wise, the band won Kerrang!'s Best New Band in 2000, Best Album in 2002 and the Readers Poll Best Unsigned Band in 2004. Debut album 'Ideas Above Our Station' was certified Gold in the UK. The band played sold out 10th anniversary shows in 2012, but now original members Andy and Colin have reformed as an offshoot called Undead Raisins. They'll play UK shows in November, touching all the Hundred Reasons songs, and with support from Holiday Oscar.
