Veil Of Maya is an American metal band from Chicago, Illinois, currently consisting of vocalist Lukas Magyar, guitarist Marc Okubo, bass player Danny Hauser and Sam Applebaum on drums.
Formed in 2004, the band released their debut album, ‘All Things Set Aside’, in 2006, via Corrosive Recordings. They signed with Sumerian Records and released ‘The Common Man's Collapse’ in 2008, followed by ‘[id]’ in 2010, and ‘Eclipse’ in 2012. The band released ‘Matriarch’ in 2015, and their latest, 'False Idol' in 2017. In September 2017, the band went on a co-headline tour with Born Of Osiris, and now Veil Of Maya has announced another co-headline tour for 2018 - this time with Dance Gavin Dance in March!
