William Ryan Key is an American rock singer-songwriter and musician from Florida. He is best known as the former frontman of Yellowcard.
Starting his music career in 1997, as a member of Yellowcard, the band released 10 albums before disbanding in 2017. Over the years he has co-written tracks with bands such as Every Avenue, produced albums by bands such as Like Torches, appeared on tracks for Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas and Silverstein and created a comic book for Marvel. William Ryan Key returned with a brand new EP, 'Thirteen', in summer 2018, and is now set to co-headline a UK and European tour with This Wild Life in early 2019, following a solo tour of Australia later this year.
