Willy Mason is an American folk, blues, and country singer-songwriter and musician, hailing from New York. The son of folk singers Jemima James and Michael Mason, Willy was musical from a very young age, and was part of many bands during his high school years. After being ‘discovered’ early on in the 00’s, he put out his debut album ‘Where the Humans Eat’, which hit #38 in the UK Albums chart in 2004.
This paved the way for an ever-growing career in music for Mason, who soon toured with the likes of Mumford and Sons and Radiohead - as well as earning him slots at festivals such as Glastonbury and SXSW. 2007 saw Mason release his second record ‘If the Ocean Gets Rough’, this time hitting #33 in the UK Albums chart, before ‘Carry On’ hit shelves in 2012.
Willy Mason has confirmed a UK tour for September 2018. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
