Cold War Kids returned at the end of 2010 with ‘Louder Than Ever’; a teaser taste of the Californian band’s third LP, ‘Mine Is Yours.’
Now they’ve given us the cinematic, slightly chilling video to accompany it. Less than three minutes in length, the track explores shifts in pace and strides through the desperation in the lyrics.
Thrown straight into the intensity and then pulled into a steady, pounding, anthemic chorus. It will catch your ear and you’ll be sucked in.
Their previous album may not have lived up to the incredible debut, ‘Robbers and Cowards’, but this indicates a return to form. A strong return!
