Devin Townsend Project Announce London Live Dates & Tickets

The Devin Townsend Project have announced details of four live dates in London, where they will play a different album from their recent quadrology each night - see below for dates and tickets. Townsend also revealed that he is to release a new 8-disc box set in November with further details still to be confirmed.
The Devin Townsend Project recorded four albums from 2008 onwards, culminating with ‘Deconstruction’ and ‘Ghost’, which were both released earlier this year. For the upcoming London dates, the band will be performing each album from the series in order of their release, starting with their debut album ‘Ki’ on Thursday 10th November.
Speaking about the shows, Townsend said: “Hey everyone, this is Devin. Just finishing a really gratifying and incredibly humbling four months of touring. The shows have been really coming along, starting to incorporate visuals, learning what works and what doesn't and having the opportunity to play with amazing bands, who I have been fans of for years. The next step is to rehearse the four albums from The Project and we will play four special shows in London covering the gamut of musical moments that have been a part of this past four years with many cool surprises.”
Devin Townsend is a Canadian solo artist known previously as the frontman for heavy metal band Strapping Young Lad, who released five albums between 1995 and 2006. In addition to his own work, Townsend has collaborated with and produced for a number of other artists such as Steve Vai and Lamb of God.

Fri November 11th 2011 - University of London Union, London
Sat November 12th 2011 - University of London Union, London
Sun November 13th 2011 - Union Chapel, London
