Benga Unveils First Single 'Icon' From Forthcoming Album 'Chapter 2' - Listen Now

‘Icon’ is the first single to be released from Benga’s forthcoming second album ‘Chapter 2’, due for release in August on Columbia Records.
Featuring newcomer Bebe Black on vocals it brings together all that we love about Benga’s production with brilliant quirky pop sensibilities. As someone who has already produced three Top Ten singles, Benga clearly has the knack to create huge leftfield hits.
Benga recently announced his new album via teaser track, ‘I Will Never Change’. The song instantly became Zane Lowe’s Hottest Record of the Week (played twice in a row as Zane sensed “the mood of the nation”), and clocked up 500,000 views on YouTube and 50,000 plays on Soundcloud in just six days.
The full album is sure to see Benga propelled from the club to the charts with an album featuring great collaborations with exciting big names (to be revealed soon) and newcomers such as Sweden’s Marlene Strand and London’s Bebe Black.
The album will only increase the huge demand for Benga’s epic DJ sets. With over 17,000 tickets sold in his two-week February headline UK tour, Benga recently returned from sell-out venues in North America with his partner in crime, Skream.
