At The Drive-In Announce One-Off Mystery UK Gig For August

Texan rockers At The Drive-In have announced a one-off UK headline show for August, a warm-up gig for their Reading and Leeds Festival performance.
At The Drive-In are remaining tight-lipped on details of the show, with both the venue and date still remaining a mystery. The band announced the special show via their official website www.atdimusic.com, where they also encouraged fans to sign-up for a chance to buy tickets before the general on sale to the general public: "We have a limited number of Pre-Sale Tickets for an upcoming show in the UK – August 2012 . Enter your email to win the opportunity to buy your ticket before they are availale to the general public."
At The Drive-In performed in Texas earlier this year. Led by Cedric Bixler and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, the band delivered a set featuring a string of their most popular tracks, including live favourite 'One-Armed Scissor'.
At The Drive-In have already confirmed that they are reforming for money and there is no intention to make any new music. These few select shows could be your only chance to see the band live.
