Tori Amos Announces 'Gold Dust' Details & Royal Albert Hall Gig

American singer-songwriter Tori Amos has announced the release date of her thirteenth studio album ‘Gold Dust’ - as well as scheduling a date in London’s Royal Albert Hall.

To tie in with the 20th anniversary of her groundbreaking debut ‘Little Earthquakes’, multi-million-selling pop-rock pianist Tori Amos will release ‘Gold Dust’, an album re-imagining some of her most beloved songs, all newly arranged for piano and orchestra and recorded with the Metropole Orchestra and Jules Buckley.

Spanning the whole Amos song book from early classics like ‘Winter’, ‘Silent All These Years’, and ‘Precious Things’, to the recent ‘Flavor and ‘Star of Wonder’, ‘Gold Dust’ is a celebration of Amos' unique art of storytelling.

"Many of these songs were written out of having conversations with people at stage doors, standing somewhere having a cup of coffee, when someone comes up to you and tells you their story,” explains Amos. “And a lot of times I don't ever see them again. I guess in a way Gold Dust is about celebrating over 20 years of all the conversations that have happened which inspired many of these songs. And it's a collection of new recordings of where they are now and who they have become."

To celebrate the release, she’ll be performing in Royal Albert Hall on October 3rd - alongside the Metropole Orchestra which feature on the record. To find tickets to the show through Stereoboard, check the dates and details below.
