Fleetwood Mac Reunion Tour And New Music Coming In April-May 2013

Earlier this year, Stereoboard reported that Stevie Nicks had confirmed Fleetwood Mac are to return to the stage for a 2013 reunion tour. Following-up on this exciting news, Stevie has now given us a timescale as to when we can expect to see the anticipated Mac reunion concerts.
Speaking to ABC News Radio, Stevie says: "We go into rehearsals somewhere around the end of February So...if everything goes to plan, we should probably be out (on the road) by end of April (or) May, I would think."
In addition, Stevie also revealed a few details about the band recording new material for the reunion tour. She continued: "Well, actually, maybe like two songs, maybe four, who knows? We don't really know yet 'cause we're not in the world of Fleetwood Mac yet."
She added that guitarist Lindsey Buckingham "has a song," and also admits that: "I have a song that didn't make the Buckingham-Nicks album that I really love. So, I'm gonna suggest that."
The Buckingham-Nicks album Stevie refers to is a recording that she and Lindsey released together in 1973, before joining Fleetwood Mac. An extremely rare and sought-after recording for Mac fans.
Despite the comments, Stevie also mentions that nothing is officially confirmed regarding Fleetwood Mac's future recording plans: "We're just still in talks about that," she says.
