Stornoway Announce Second Album And 2013 UK Tour Plans

Oxford-based alternative indie-folk outfit Stornoway have announced an extensive February and March UK tour today, as well as announcing their second album ‘Tales From Terra Firma’.
The six-strong band hit #14 in the UK Albums chart in 2010 with their debut album ‘Beachcomber’s Windowsill’, and have been working on it’s follow-up since last year. Now, they’ve revealed that their second record ‘Tales from Terra Firma’ will hit shelves in March next year - coinciding with a long UK tour.
Kicking off in Hebden Bridge’s Trades Club on February 8th, the tour will take them on 25 stops - including gigs in Glasgow, Oxford, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, London, and more - with the potential for even more dates to be added. Some tickets for the tour are on sale now, while some go on sale this Friday (November 23rd) at 9am - they’ll cost you between £12.00-£15.00 + fees. Check below to find tickets through Stereoboard.
