Blondie, Paul Weller And Jools Holland Confirmed For Kew The Music 2013

Organisers of the annual summer concert series 'Kew The Music' have confirmed this year's event will host performances from the iconic Blondie, 'Modfather' Paul Weller and long-time Kew favourite Jools Holland.

ImageJoin New Yorkers Blondie at Kew The Music on Tuesday 9th July. Armed with 40 years’ of era-defining tracks, Blondie are the opener for this year’s festival. After extensive touring, an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Blondie are still going as strong as they were 40 years ago.

Finding success with The Jam, The Style Council and now as a solo artist, 'Modfather' Paul Weller will be performing at Kew The Music on Thursday 11th July. With tunes from his latest album 'Sonik Kicks' still fresh in our ears and four decades’ of material to play with, any guesses as to what songs will make it onto Weller's Kew the Music set-list?

Organisers are delighted to welcome back longstanding Kew The Music favourite Jools Holland for a performance on Friday 12th July. Jools and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra will return to the festival for a boogie-woogie bonanza. Just the thing to start your weekend!

'Kew The Music' takes place from July 9th to July 14th at the world famous Gardens at Kew, London. Head over to www.kew.org/kew-the-music for further details.
