Franz Ferdinand To Play Extremely Intimate Gig In Glasgow Tomorrow

Scottish indie-rockers Franz Ferdinand will play a ‘tiny’ gig in Glasgow tomorrow, ahead of the release of what will be their third album.
The award-winning outfit announced the gig via the Facebook page of Nice n’ Sleazy, the venue at which the gig will take place, and tickets sold-out within just 20 minutes of them going on sale - something which is unsurprising considering the place has a capacity of just 126.
The small gig may come as a surprise to some, but it is in fact the second intimate show the band will have played in Glasgow in just a number of months - they performed in Mono last November to mark the club’s 10th anniversary.
With a new album on the way, the gig is set to be a good one - expect new tunes and fan favourites. If you’re one of the thousands of people who will have missed out on the gig, you can catch them at Bestival this year - they may even announce a tour later in the year.
