Following the November 2012 release of her fifth studio album 'Girl On Fire', fourteen-time Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter, and producer Alicia Keys will return to the UK in May for her 'Set the World On Fire Tour'. In association with Eventim, Stereoboard are giving away a pair of tickets to see Alicia Keys perform live at Newcastle Metro Arena on Sunday 19th May - see our new competition below for details.
Speaking about the tour, which will see Grammy nominated American artist Miguel support on some dates, Alica says: “I’m so happy to be touring in the UK again, and beyond excited to have Miguel join me.” Says Alicia. “He's a fresh real artist and I love his unique style and sound. His Grammy performance blew me away and I can't wait to see what he brings on tour! I know his destiny is bright!"
Keys’ fifth studio album, 'Girl On Fire' – which topped the iTunes charts of over 20 countries worldwide when it was released by RCA Records in November last year - was written and produced by Alicia alongside collaborators Jeff Bhasker, (Kanye West, Bruno Mars), Salaam Remi ,(Amy Winehouse, Nas), Frank Ocean, Emile Sande, and Jamie XX among others.
The Set The World on Fire Tour will see Keys set the UK alight in May in Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham and London.
