Miguel Drop Kicks Two Fans In The Face During Billboard Award Performance - Watch Now

Monday, 20 May 2013 Written by Elliott Batte

American superstar Miguel may have a voice that aspiring singers are envious of, but at last night’s Billboard Awards ceremony, he displayed skills that French football legend Zinedine Zidane would be proud of - after he drop kicked two fans in the head!

Bursting though a performance of his track ‘Adorn’, Miguel got caught in the heat of the moment, and tried to jump over a section of the crowd which stood between the stage and a catwalk. But, not being as athletically talented as he is musically, he didn’t quite make it - and instead delivered a vicious kick to the head of two female fans.

Though the incident appeared to be quite painful for the two girls - who were seen holding their heads and backing away from the crowd - they’ve been reported as being okay, and were apparently spotted backstage alongside Miguel - and an ice-pack! The star has since commented on the incident, writing via Twitter:

Although it may have been awkward moment for Miguel and certainly a painful one for the fans, there was another equally hard-to-watch moment at the Billboard Awards - Canadian singer Justin Bieber was booed by the crowd as he picked up the Milestone Award. You can read more about that here.
