Queens Of The Stone Age To Play Secret London Gig?

American rockers Queens of the Stone Age have hinted that they’ll be performing a secret gig in London today, ahead of their brand new album ‘...Like Clockwork’.
The band were announced as one of the names who’ll be performing at this year’s iTunes Festival month in September, and with their new album out on June 3rd, they’ll have plenty of new tunes to perform there, as well as at their up and coming set at Download Festival.
But, the band posted a cryptic and mysterious message to their Facebook page earlier today, suggesting that there may be another UK gig where you’ll catch them playing live - though it seems as though any such a gig is being kept under wraps for now! The band wrote:
“QOTSA are psyched to announce an appearance at this years iTunes (UK) festival. All tickets are free. Wanna go? Click here www.itunes.com/festival. Just can’t wait til September? Well….Keep your pretty eyes peeled London, cause you never know where we might turn up.”
