Wildflowers have been confirmed as main support for Robert Plant at his forthcoming Bristol and Wolverhampton shows.
The former Led Zeppelin frontman requested that the band - fronted by vocalist Siddy Bennett and featuring her sister, Kit, on drums - join him for the dates after they were recommended by a friend. Bennett said:
"We grew up listening to him and he has shaped so many aspects of our lives through his music. It’s an absolute honour to support him on these shows. We can’t wait to show him what we’re all about."
Plant will also play a date at Manchester Apollo alongside his new band, the Sensational Space Shifters, and a set as part of BluesFest at the Royal Albert Hall.
