The Stone Roses are set to release a long-awaited new album in 2015, according to reports.
The band have been back performing on huge stages across the world since they announced their live return in 2011, the band also confirmed that they were planning on releasing a new album. However, as of 2013, there’s still no sign of a third record from the band and it seems we still have quite some time to wait.
What we do know is that there definitely WILL be a new album and bassist Mani has now confirmed that we can expect it in around two years.
Speaking to gigslutz, the star was quizzed about the band’s new material and replied: “Yeah we've been working on a few bits.” When asked about a full album, Mani simply promised, "2015 man, 2015!"
It seems we’re going to have to play the waiting game before anything reaches our ears.
