The highly-anticipated James Murphy remix of David Bowie’s Love Is Lost has surfaced online.

The original track featured on Bowie’s hit album ‘The Next Day’, which dropped back in March to the surprise of fans. Now, Bowie has lined-up a deluxe reissue of the record entitled ‘The Next Day Extra’ and it features a couple of sweet new remixes, one of them being Murphy’s effort.

The LCD Soundsystem man has put his own epic spin on Love Is Lost, calling it the Hello Steve Reich Mix By James Murphy For The DFA, and now - after a lot of attention and hype over the past couple of weeks - it’s finally dropped for fans to check out.

The track premiered on BBC Radio 6 Music breakfast show this morning, and clocks in at 10 minutes long. It’ll also be available to stream via Bowie’s website from midnight.

‘The Next Day Extra’ reissue is set to be spread over three discs, and along with the 14 track original version, fans will also receive new cuts Like A Rocket Man, Born in a UFO, The Informer, and Atomica. There’s also God Bless the Girl, which was previously only available on Deluxe and Japanese versions of the album.

The album will also include a Venetian remix of I'd Rather Be High as well as Murphy’s remix, while there are also three more tracks which featured on the Deluxe version too.

Those who pick-up the collection will be also be treated to a DVD featuring music videos for title track The Next Day, Valentine’s Day, The Stars (Are Out Tonight), and Where Are We Now?

The collection hits shelves on November 4 but you can check out the James Murphy remix below!
