Southampton metalcore heroes Bury Tomorrow have announced a string of intimate shows for a May 2014 UK tour.
The band released 'The Union Of Crowns' on Nuclear Blast back in 2012 and are currently at work on their third full length. 'Runes' will hit the shelves on May 26 also on Nuclear Blast.
Speaking of the new record, frontman Dani Winter-Bates says:
“Runes is the album we have always wanted to make and we cannot wait for everyone to hear it. Progressing from (2012’s) ‘Union of Crowns’, we've tried to capture our favourite era of metalcore whilst blending the nuances of what make the genre so great today. It's a faster, more aggressive album, but it still sounds like us, we couldn't be prouder of it!”
Following their set at Download Festival last year, as well as a headline tour in the Autumn, Bury Tomorrow will hit the road for seven shows. They kick off the tour at Stoke's Sugarmill on May 21, before heading to Edinburgh, Liverpool, Oxford, Cardiff, Plymouth and London. Support for the new tour will be announced in the coming weeks.
