Kelly Clarkson Confirms Release Date For New Album 'Chemistry', Shares New Singles Mine And Me

Kelly Clarkson has confirmed details of her 10th studio album.
The Texas singer-songwriter took to social media to reveal the news, confirming that 'Chemistry' will arrive on June 23 via Atlantic Records. She also introduced two new songs in the shape of Mine and Me, which mark her first release of original music in six years. She wrote:
"Having chemistry with someone is an incredible, and overwhelming, feeling. It’s like you have no choice in the matter. You are just drawn to each other. This can be good and bad. This album takes you down every path that chemistry could lead you down. We decided to release Mine and Me at the same time because I didn’t want to release just one song to represent an entire album, or relationship. There are many stages of grief and loss on this album. Each song is a different stage and emotional state. 'Chemistry' is out June 23rd!"
Both ballads complement and contrast each other, while showing off Clarkson's powerhouse vocals. Mine is stacked with layers of harmonies, while Me is a more inward anthem of self-empowerment. Press play below.
Following the release of 'Chemistry', the powerhouse vocalist will head to the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas for her 10-date residency, Chemistry: An Intimate Evening with Kelly Clarkson. Tickets are on sale now.
Clarkson's last album was 2021's festive release, 'When Christmas Comes Around'. Before that, she put out 'Meaning Of Life' in 2017.
