Joni Mitchell has shared a previously unheard song, Like Veils Said Lorraine.
The unearthed piano ballad was recorded between late 1971 and early 1972, and will appear on the forthcoming box set 'Joni Mitchell Archives, Vol. 3: The Asylum Years (1972-1975)', due out on October 6.
It follows previous archival collections from the folk icon, including 2020's 'Archives, Vol.1: The Early Years (1963-1967)' and 2021's 'The Reprise Albums (1968-1971)'.
This July, the 10-time Grammy Award-winner put out the live album 'Joni Mitchell At Newport', which captures her July 2022 surprise concert at Newport Folk Festival.
