Digital 21 and Placebo's Stefan Olsdal have announced a new album under the moniker Made For Humans.

Having worked together for the last decade as Digital 21 + Stefan Olsdal, the new project sees the duo fusing club sounds with classical instrumentation.

The 2020 lockdown period allowed the duo to build on their classical and cinematic compositions, eventually releasing their 2020 album, 'Made For Humans'.

They'll release a second record, 'Made For Humans II', on November 17 via So Recordings. As a preview, check out the first taster of the record, Xistence, an atmospheric, strings-laden arrangement. Commenting on the track, they said:

"Xistence delves into our life experiences. Life resembles a vast chaos, while concurrently remaining an enigma and an incredible phenomenon. Words often fall short in capturing the essence of our existence. This drives us to communicate our perspective through the medium of music. Simultaneously, the emotions and thoughts that music evokes mirror the enigmatic, complex nature of chaos, and the marvel of something genuinely extraordinary – much like every single existence."
