Incubus To Celebrate 'Morning View' On Summer US Tour

Incubus have announced a summer US tour to celebrate 'Morning View'.
The Los Angeles rock band will perform the 2001 record in its entirety, as well as their hits, during the 10-city trek, which kicks off on August 23 in Detroit.
From there, they'll make stops at arenas in Rosemont, Philadelphia, New York, Tampa, Austin and more before concluding the run in San Francisco on September 12. Support will come from Coheed And Cambria, and tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (February 9).
The details follow news that the group will re-record and re-release a double LP titled 'Morning View XXIII' on May 10 via Virgin Music Group. Singer Brandon Boyd said:
"Roughly 23 years ago we rented a house at the sea to do an art experiment. The novel and expansive environment combined with a healthy dose of momentum helped us find that ever sought after flow state and the songs that became known as ‘Morning View’ have since become indelible and deeply important parts of our lives.
"This album helped propel our little art experiment called ‘Incubus’ into a way of life and here we are today, some 23 years later, about to introduce a new/next phase of it’s existence. ‘Morning View xxiii’ is a re-recording/re-think of the 2001 album and is the result of our desire to honor this burgeoning legacy but also reimagine it as musicians who have been lovingly performing these songs night after night for the last 23 years. See you on the road soon!"
Incubus will also tour Australia in April, before returning to headline BeachLife Festival in Los Angeles in May.
They put out their latest studio record, '8', in 2017. Boyd, meanwhile, dropped a solo LP called 'Echoes And Cocoons' in 2022.
NEW // @IncubusBand will be hitting arenas across the US in late summer, where they'll be performing 'Morning View' in FULL.
Even better? They'll be joined by special guests @Coheed & Cambria too.
