InMe Announce UK Tour & Tickets

Passionate, Essex alternative-rock group InMe have announced a series of UK shows for May and June this year, with support coming from Fei Comodo and Envy Of The State.

Forming 13 years ago under the original name of “drowned”, InMe has evolved through a number of band member changes (and a name change) to become the four-man machine that they are today.

Having to change their name to InMe to avoid confusion with American rock band “Drowned”, to date the passionate and innovative InMe have clocked up four studio albums and one live album, their proudest creation being ‘Herald Moth’ which was released last year.

The band’s musical style of basic riffs mixed with anger-ridden lyrics has led many to label them as ‘nu-metal’, although since emerging onto the Kerrang! TV screens, the popularity of such a genre has declined and the term has ceased to be applied so widely. On hearing the band play, their grungey melodies, you could probably label their sound to a more post-grunge genre.

Latest album ‘Herald Moth’ has seen the band raise the bar to a much more extreme level, there are technical riffs, progressive structures and some epic melodies featured. The new release has perhaps seen InMe become a more focused, mature and sophisticated band. ‘Herald Moth’ has also been applauded by many critics claiming that InMe could very well become future pioneers.

InMe will play the following UK dates:

19th White Rabbit, Plymouth
20th Chords, Poole
