Arcade Fire Announce Intimate London Show & Ticket Details

Canadian indie-rockers Arcade Fire will play a secret gig in London next month, ahead of their Reading and Leeds festival appearances.
The band have announced via a message on their official website that they will play an intimate date “in the first week of July”. It is understood that the secret show will be the only performance ahead of the group’s confirmed gigs at this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals this August bank holiday and the location of the secret show is being kept strictly under wraps.
Arcade fire arrived on the scene, released two brilliant albums and then for some reason disappeared from the music radar altogether! Their follow-up to second album ‘Neon Bible’ has been a while in the making, almost three and a half years to be exact, but the long-awaited new album ‘ The Suburbs’ is to be released later this summer on August 2nd.
So, back to the secret gig, how do you get tickets for this festival warm-up show then? Well to qualify for a chance to buy tickets fans have been told to pre-order new album ‘The Suburbs’ and following their order, fans will be provided with a link giving access to pre-sale tickets for the gig on a “first come-first served basis”.
Fans are hugely anticipating Arcade Fire’s festival appearance at Reading and Leeds this year. The band’s first single taken from the new album is expected to be ‘We Used To Wait’ and is due to receive its first official world’s first hearing soon.
