Mel C: 'Me And Emma Bunton Have Recorded Duet'

Pop singer-songwriter Mel C has confirmed that she has recorded a duet with former Spice Girls bandmate Emma Bunton - and it’ll be featuring on her forthcoming new solo album ‘Stages’.

‘Stages’ is set to be Mel’s sixth studio album and is said to feature many songs from famous theatre productions that she finds important to her life. And, set for a release in September, it’s also going to feature a collaboration with Emma Bunton - following the pair’s recent Spice Girl reunion.

Tweeting about the news, Mel C said: “*Drum roll* I am very proud to announce my beautiful friend @EmmaBunton has duetted with me for me new album Stages #babyandsporty!! Me and @EmmaBunton and have recorded the fantastic,'I know him so well' Singing together again is amazing and emotional. Love you babe.”

The track, ‘I Know Him So Well’, is taken from the musical ‘Chess’, and is one of many theatrical tunes that’ll be making its way onto ‘Stages’ this autumn. Mel C will be performing some of her new tracks in London this November, too - if you need tickets, check the dates and details below.
