One Direction Fans Issue Twitter 'Death Threats' To Taylor Swift

Fans of One Direction are known for being some of the most rabid and frankly quite frightening fans of all time - they’re a cigarette smoking, death-threat sending bunch who will stop at nothing to protect the legacy of their favourite boyband. This time, they’ve set their sights on American pop singer Taylor Swift - because she’s reportedly dating 1D star Harry Styles.

The fans - or ‘Directioners’, as they’ve named themselves - have been sending Swift death threats after finding out that she’s stolen Harry Styles from their grasp, and their horribly misspelled messages have been popping all too often on Twitter in the past day or two.

Swift and Styles - who both have pretty cool surnames (‘Swiftstyle’ would surely be the best celebrity couple name!?) - have reportedly been seeing each other for a few weeks, which gives Swift about a month to live.
