Ke$ha Admits She Once Drank Her Own Pee

Tuesday, 23 April 2013 Written by Elliott Batte

Lets be frank - Ke$ha is a bit of a weird-o. In the past year or so, she’s talked about dressing her assistant up as a penis, claimed she got freaky with a ghost, and even revealed that ‘Gold Trans Am’ (a track she penned with her mother) was actually about her vagina - and those are just the stories I can remember.

This week, upholding her sex/genital-related theme, she’s confessed that she once drank her own piss. And - surprise surprise - it wasn’t very nice.

The whacky 26 year-old decided to take a sip from her own golden shower after hearing that drinking your own urine was good for you (she must have been watching too much Bear Grylls!), but shockingly, it turns out that your own waste product doesn’t actually taste too great. So, to all you Ke$ha fans, put down your fanny-funnels - she ‘wouldn’t recommend’ that you copy her, and neither do we at the Stereoboard office.

Speaking about the wee fiasco to Hollywood Reporter, Ke$ha said:

“I'm also just one that doesn't shy away from things. I'm not good at saying 'no' so I just figured, fuck it, I'll try anything once. So I tried it. I wouldn't recommend it. It was pretty gross. And I don't think it really did anything very beneficial to me so, yeah, I wouldn't probably do it again.”

Lets face it, you’ve gotta have some kind of love for the star, be it for her music or her zany stories. If you’re a fan, you’ll be happy to know that she’ll be performing in London this July, as well as performing at T in the Park. For Ke$ha tickets, check the dates and links below!
