'Dressing Assistant As A Penis Cheers Me Up', Says Ke$ha

American singer-songwriter-rapper Ke$ha has revealed her rather strange way of cheering herself up when she’s feeling down – making her assistant dress up as a penis.
The dance-pop artist was talking to Glamour magazine about how recording the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Animal’ was going, when the conversation got slightly derailed. They began talking about Ke$ha’s habits with men and her strange tactics for cheering herself up.
She told Glamour: “I'm just very amused by five-year-old humour. Don’t get me wrong: I do destroy men on a weekly basis. It's like a hobby. I'm like a praying mantis. They fuck me, and then I eat them. But who isn't amused by a giant, dancing penis? Sometimes when I'm sad, I make my assistant put on the penis outfit and bounce around my house.”
Ke$ha will be releasing her second full studio album in May later this year, with the record reportedly in the style of 1970’s ‘cock rock’. She said of the album: “I just want to capture some of the true essence of what rock and roll is, and that's just irreverence and sexiness and fun and not giving a fuck. I want to take enough time to make sure it's the reinvention of pop music, That's the ultimate goal, to reinvent pop music. So I'm planning on taking as much time as I need, but May sounds about right.”
