McFly and Busted have teased plans that they could be about to form a supergroup.
The two bands have invited the music press to an announcement, which is set to be made on November 11 in London. The invited has led to rumours that the two bands are about to join forces.
McFly and Busted recently teamed up as McBusted for McFly's 10th anniversary celebratory shows in London in September. The two bands performed Busted hits Year 3000 and Air Hostess, as well as Shine A Light by McFly.
McFly will return with Love Is On The Radio on November 24, the first single from their forthcoming sixth album, due out in Spring 2014.
