Joji, real name George Miller, is a Japanese-Australian record producer, singer, songwriter, rapper and former You Tube personality.
He is perhaps best known as being the brains behind the viral dance craze the Harlem Shake. Miller's start as an entertainer began on a surreal YouTube channel, consisting of music, rants, ukulele performances and a bizarre show, called Filthy Frank. Miller also produced surreal comedy hip hop music under the name Pink Guy, with that discography spanning two full-length projects and an EP.
Miller dropped the You Tubing to begin focusing on his music career as Joji. Producing more nuanced and serious music, inflected with elements of trip hop lo-fi, folk, electronica, and RnB, Miller released the first EP under the new moniker, 'In Tongues', in November 2017. His first full length, 'Ballads 1', drops in October 2018.
Joji has announced two London dates as part of a European tour this winter supporting the new record, and will also tour North America in February 2019. Catch him live by checking out the tour dates and concert ticket information below on Stereoboard.
