Reading Festival is an annual music event that takes place at Little John’s Farm in Reading, which runs alongside Leeds Festival.
Formed in 1961, Reading is the original of the two festivals and is the world’s oldest popular music festival still in existence. Both festivals provide a line-up consisting of some of the biggest names and rising stars in rock, punk, indie, metal, electronic, pop and rap artists from around the world. Headline acts have included Eminem, System of a Down, Biffy Clyro, Kendrick Lamar, Fall Out Boy, Foo Fighters, Kasabian, Arcade Fire, Metallica, The 1975, Dave, Rage Against the Machine, Mumford and Sons, Billie Eilish, Arctic Monkeys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foals, Disclosure, Halsey and Fall Out Boy.
