Papa Roach Post New Single Swerve Featuring Fever 333's Jason Aalon Butler And Sueco

Tuesday, 03 August 2021 Written by Jon Stickler

Papa Roach have dropped a new single, Swerve.

The experimental three-way collaboration with Fever 333 frontman Jason Aalon Butler and pop-punk artist Sueco premiered on BBC Radio 1's Rock Show with Daniel P. Carter earlier in August.

The bouncy, hip hop-inspired track finds the California rockers continuing to experiment with new sounds, with vocal duties shared by Jacoby Shaddix and Butler, and one verse from the Los Angeles-based rapper. Its accompanying video is set to premiere on YouTube at 3pm BST on August 5.

The band wrote in a post to social media that the song will feature on their forthcoming follow-up to 2019's 'Who Do You Trust?', though further details on their 11th studio album have not yet been confirmed.

Earlier in 2021, Papa Roach released a new dubstep-leaning tune called Domination with DJ's Kayzo and Sullivan King. In July, Shaddix also linked up with Ice Nine Kills on their single Hip To Be Scared.
