Rolo Tomassi Set February Release For New Album 'Where Myth Becomes Memory', Unveil Drip Video

Rolo Tomassi have announced their new album.
The follow-up to 2018's 'Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It' is called 'Where Myth Becomes Memory' and will arrive on February 4 via MNRK.
The Sheffield five-piece have also shared a video for their new single Drip, which follows the previously unveiled Cloaked. Continuing their exploration of brutality among moments of pure beauty, the track melds utterly crushing passages with ethereal soundscapes. Guitarist Chris Cayford commented:
"When we start the writing process for each record, we always wait for the first song that clicks. It feels similar to our music but is also intangibly different to the extent we know it’s the next step and we need to build the album around it. This was the song that did that."
Co-lead vocalist James Spence added:
"This is a really important album for all of us. Of anything we've done, it's the one I'm most proud of. I think it's the most ambitious and creative that our band has ever sounded and something that we've all needed to get through the last few years. We can't wait to share it and to have you help us bring it to life."
The band will support the record with a previously announced headline UK and European tour in February, with support from Pupil Slicer. They'll return to the stage for a hometown show in Brighton this Friday (November 12), joined by special guests Devil Sold His Soul.
